ALLERGIES 

 

Due to the nature of our concept and the amount of preparation hours in our work the larger tasting menu cannot normally be adapted for allergies or other dietary requests.

 

However, we also offer a smaller tasing menu which is much more flexible.

If we have been notified prior to making your reservation, this menu can adapted for simple allergies and can also be served Vegetarian or Pescatarian.

​

Vegetarian/Pescatarian menus take some time to organize and must be ordered before the Monday of the week of the booking.

 

Please note that we cannot accommodate Vegan diets or diets free from Lactose, Milk Protein, Gluten or Egg in any of our menus.

BOOKING TERMS

 

Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable, amendments and reschedules can be made to the booking if we are notified before the Monday of the week of your original reservation.

 

In the case of all allergies the person who makes the reservation holds the responsibility to check with us before making the reservation. If you book a place with us and later inform us of a dietary restriction we cannot accommodate, it does not make the booking eligible for a reschedule or refund.
